Tesco Mind 2025

The Promoter: pladis (UK) Limited, Building 3, Chiswick Park, 566 Chiswick High Road, Chiswick, London W4 5YA (please do not send any correspondence to this address). (“Promoter”).

Eligibility: Entry is open to residents of the United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, and Northern Ireland), entrants must be aged 18 or over. The following are excluded from entry:

Directors, management, and employees of the Promoter and Tesco or its holding or subsidiary companies.
Associated agents or suppliers of the Promoter, or any third parties who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; and
Members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

Promotional Period:

The ‘Gift a Pack ’ registration opens at 00:00 on 10th September 2025 & closes at 23:59 on 3rd December 2025 (the “Closing Date”). All registrations outside of this period will not be valid.
Purchases must be made between 00:00 10th September 2025 and 23:59 3rd December 2025.

Requirements: The promotion is limited to Tesco customers only. Purchase necessary. Internet access, a valid UK mobile number and an email address are required for ‘Gift a Pack’ registration and free digital gift card claim.

Only one ‘Gift a Pack’ registration per person/claimant. Each claimant/registrant is defined by UK mobile number and email address. Each ‘Gift a Pack ’ registrant must upload a unique Tesco till receipt.
Only one ‘Gift a Pack’ claim per person/recipient. Each recipient is defined by UK mobile number and email address.
For the avoidance of doubt, claimants may not nominate themselves as recipients.

The ‘Gift a Pack’:

Consumers that purchase a qualifying pack of McVitie’s during the validity period (in-store, on-line or petrol station) are able to send one digital gift card, to be exchanged for a free pack of McVitie’s Biscuits, to one friend or one family member.

The digital gift card will be valid until 10/12/2025 and have a maximum value of £2.50
The digital gift card is valid against any McVitie’s product up to the value of £2.50 and is only redeemable in Tesco UK stores (excluding petrol stations and online).

*Till receipt must show purchase of a qualifying pack of McVitie’s biscuits in a Tesco store and be dated within the promotional period 10.09.25 - 03.12.25. Ensure the till receipt number and purchase date are visible on the receipt uploaded. Each receipt cannot be used more than once. Only one free digital gift card is available, no matter the number of purchases of McVitie’s products, on any one till receipt from Tesco.

Step 2: Verify your mobile number.

You will receive a text message to your mobile number to verify we have the correct number. Your mobile number will be used for no purpose other than this promotion

Step 3: Share the mobile number of who you’d like to Gift a free pack to. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to share their first name and mobile number with us. It will not be used for any purpose other than to redeem the free pack, and will be erased when the promotion is complete.

You can choose a message and a digital gift card will be sent to your friend or family member from McVitie’s via text message.

Digital gift card redemption:

Step 1: Your friend/family member will receive a text message from McVitie’s. Within 7 days of entry validation. They click on the link in the message and they are presented with their digital gift card.

Step 2: Your friend/family member goes into a UK Tesco store and selects any McVitie’s product up to a value of £2.50. They show the digital gift card to a cashier at checkout. If using self-check-out, they should select ‘gift card’ before scanning the barcode or keying in the gift card number with pin. If in doubt, they should ask for help from a Tesco member of staff.

Step 3: Digital gift cards must be redeemed by 10th December 2025. Only one digital gift card per person per transaction. The Tesco digital gift card has a maximum value of £2.50 to be redeemed against any McVitie’s product up to £2.50. The gift card can only be redeemed once/ for one McVitie’s product, and that any “unspent” value will not be carried over into a second transaction

The Promoter will not accept:

Responsibility for entries that are late, incorrect, illegible, incomplete, defaced, corrupt, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, hardware or software failure of any kind or any other reason; or
Proof of transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the Prize Promotion.

No third-party or bulk entries. Entries via third parties or syndicates, entries by macros or other automated means and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions in full will be disqualified. If it becomes apparent that either an entrant or household is using any means to circumvent this condition such as, and without limitation, fraudulently falsifying data, acting fraudulently or dishonestly in the opinion of the Promoter using identities other than their own or any other automated means in order to increase the entrant’s entries or otherwise acting in violation of these terms, these entrants will be disqualified, and any prize entitlement will be void. Entrants are advised to take care when entering their details; the Promoter is not responsible for mistypes.

If for any reason the Promotion is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion.

If an act, omission, event or circumstance occurs which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligation.

Each participant must submit their registration and/or claim using their legal name. The Promoter may verify the eligibility of prize winners.

Digital gift cards are awarded at the promoter's discretion and no digital gift cards will be awarded as a result of improper actions by or on behalf of any entrant. There is no cash alternative, in whole or in part.

If for any reason the is not capable of running as planned for reasons including but not limited to tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any other causes beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right (subject to any written directions given under applicable law) to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process and to terminate, modify or suspend the Offer.

The Promoter’s decision is final and binding in all respects on all entrants. Entries that do not comply in full with these terms and conditions will be disqualified.

This Promotion is governed by English Law and entrants submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
